He offers specialized assistance in all questions related to the operations of domestic and international financial markets, payment systems and risk management. He also leads financial analysis and strategic planning mandates. Guy holds a MBA from the UQAM and lives in Montreal.

Sabine Kerner, founder of iFact, has extensive experience in international marketing, sales and management consulting acquired with international firms such as Apple Computer in California and Lotus Development in Germany, as well as with private and public client organizations and institutions. She supports our clients in analyzing new projects and evaluating their impact on strategic direction, feasibility and viability. She also led numerous market studies for various industry segments across North-America and Europe, from IT, cleantech to medical devices. She represents iFact at the BioStrategis life sciences consortium. Sabine holds a MBA from the Technical University, Berlin.

David Santelli

Throughout his career as consultant and business executive, David Santelli has gained a sound experience in economic development at an international, regional and local level. His core competencies revolve around three main dimensions: entrepreneurship development and company support for clients in creative and technology-related fields; harnessing the creative economy as regional economic development vehicle; and leveraging the dynamics of the social economy.

In addition, he has built an  in-depth expertise in the strategic development of organizations dedicated to economic, social and community development. Before joining iFact, David was an executive at an international federation representing the corporate interests of the, at that time emerging, Internet and Multimedia industry. In this position, he has set up and lead an international network of competencies and knowledge involving key scientific and industry stakeholders. David Santelli is a graduate from the École des Hautes Études Internationales de Paris, and has obtained a M.A. degree in International Relations from the Laval University, Canada.

Normand Allaire

Normand Allaire is founder and manager of ALTA IMAGING, our French partner in finance and strategic intelligence. He brings 25 years of extensive experience in strategy consulting, equity research and asset management in major international banking groups. After a career as consultant in corporate strategy at Secor (Canada), he joined in 1994 the French Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in Paris as Director at the Office of Information and Economic Forecast (BIPE).

Then, he stood out as European equity sell-side financial analyst at ABN-AMRO Securities before taking charge of top management responsibilities at Crédit Agricole Banking Group as Head of European Equity Research at CA Asset Management before joining the Private Banking arm of the Group in France as deputy CEO and CIO. Normand offers consulting services specialized in due diligence of international diversified asset management process, risk control and carries out missions of strategic market intelligence. He holds a MBA from the UQAM and a 3rd cycle professional diploma from the Ecole de Guerre Economique (USLSCA Business School, Paris 7).

Marein Cremer-Orre

Most of his clients are middle-sized and large companies in various industry sectors. He lives in Düsseldorf, Germany.
