Feasibility and development of projects

Our team has developed a very specific expertise in developing trend defining projects and we are particularly strong in the pre-launch analysis for a new initiative. For these types of projects we offer our clients to support them from the feasibility study until the definition of the future action plan. If necessary, we also act as interim project managers (sometimes for very specific tasks) or we train the client resources that are hired in the process. Our engagement is to assure that the project successfully meets its objectives and that one of its outcomes be long term viability.
